They offer meats of different breeds such as Angus, Simmental, Galician, Argentinean, Charra... The cuts they present are traditional such as entrecote, tournedó or chuletón as well as other less known cuts such as T-bone, entraña or Tomahawk.
Other specialities are the ribs with American style barbecue sauce and the Angus or Chuletón hamburgers.
